Tytovision Teknoloji Limited Şirketi was established in 2018 in İstanbul İTU Arı Teknokent with the support of TÜBİTAK 1512 BIGG Program. The foundation purpose of Tytovision was to detect any violations, which increase the risk of accidents and the traffic density, by using "Computer Vision" technologies. The technology developed with the TÜBİTAK project, on the move with a mobile vehicle, was able to detect vehicles that committed traffic violations. In 2019, Tytovision, which already has the ability to classify traffic inventories, changed its focus to smart city applications that concern municipalities and made innovations in subjects such as inventory mapping, road-sidewalk deformation detection and smart city analysis. Tytovision, which received awards from institutions like "EIT Urban Mobility" and "AUS Turkey" in 2020, relocated to Ankara in 2022, generates visual data in metropolitan cities like Ankara, Konya and Adana.
I graduated from Bilkent University BSc Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department in 2018. In September 2018, with the help of TUBITAK 1512 BIGG Program, I co-founded Tytovision and started the “MSc in Computer Vision, Robotics and Machine Learning” graduate program at the University of Surrey. I successfully completed my master's program in 2019. My master's thesis, "Using Deep Learning to Reveal Transportation Dynamics in Urban Regions", was able to detect the causes of traffic in 500 intersections in London's "Zone 1" area and it passed with a "Distinction" grade. After my master's degree, I returned to Ankara and continued my job at Tytovision as "Computer Vision Engineer" and we successfully completed our TÜBİTAK 1512 project. By improving myself in GPS optimizations, traffic infrastructure analysis, multi-class object recognition, object mapping and association, I’m trying to serve Tytovision’s customers better and working on increasing Tytovision’s data generation capacity.
